Authentic Florentine trattoria on Blvd. Mijares since 2012 — founded by Tuscan chef Roberto Persi and his wife Fiorenza, offering wood-fired pizzas, homemade pastas, and live music. Fiorenza was founded on December 1st, 2012 by Chef Roberto Persi — originally from Tuscany and the former chef at Toscana in Italy — and his wife Fiorenza, after whom the restaurant is named. Now part of Grupo ALCARI, the trattoria sits on Blvd. Mijares in San José del Cabo's historic centre and has built a loyal following for its authentic Italian recipes: wood-fired thin-crust pizzas, homemade pasta (cheese ravioli, fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, lasagna), tiramisu, panna cotta, and house-made gelato. An excellent wine selection, grappa, and homemade liquors round out the Italian experience. The covered patio and cosy indoor space host regular live music evenings, most notably the magical Sunday night sessions. Cooking lessons, private chef service, and catering available.
